Great value for money with clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff and good Wi-Fi; perfect location near the airport, which is very convenient. the breakfast options were good and provided a variety of food.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and the food offered for lunch and dinner wasn't that good.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms with excellent air conditioning. The staff was professional, polite, and cute. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot breakfast, fruit, juice, and pastry options. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport, Botanical gardens, and zoo.

Great Christmas at a welcoming hotel! Conveniently located near the airport and easy to get to. the airport transfer was efficient and value for money. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff, who made sure that we had everything we needed for a memorable Christmas. the breakfast was also a treat and offered a good selection of choices to please everyone.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the lack of cleanliness was also a disappointment.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to the airport, the beautiful Botanical gardens, and even the nearby zoo.
